Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your country of residence.

1.2 Changes to Terms

ProdUp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via a platform banner and email to your registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Account Security

Only one account per person is permitted. Sharing credentials with other individuals is prohibited and constitutes a termination risk. You must notify ProdUp immediately at support@produp.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. In particular, the Bitcoin wallet address linked to your account must be valid and under your sole control — an invalid or third-party wallet address will void any pending payouts.

3.1 Billing

All subscription fees are payable upfront in Bitcoin via BTCPay Server. No fiat currency or alternative cryptocurrencies are accepted. Your plan activates immediately upon confirmed on-chain payment and remains active for the duration of the subscription cycle.

3.2 Cancellation & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. If you choose not to renew, access continues until the end of the current cycle and will not automatically renew. Partial-cycle refunds are not available under any circumstances.

4.1 Reward Calculation

Each verified task submission credits a fixed USD-equivalent amount to your pending_balance. Upon successful review, the amount moves to your withdrawal_balance. ProdUp reserves the right to adjust tier reward rates with 14 days' written notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed via BTCPay to the Bitcoin wallet address on file. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies (displayed on your dashboard). Requests below the threshold are queued until the threshold is met. ProdUp is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses supplied by the user.

5.1 Proof Standards

Each task specifies the required proof format. Submissions must clearly demonstrate genuine completion — cropped, edited, or otherwise manipulated evidence is grounds for immediate rejection. Proof requirements are displayed before you begin each task.

5.2 Rejection & Suspension

Rejected submissions earn no reward and the task attempt is voided. Repeated invalid submissions — defined as three or more rejections within a 7-day period — may result in a temporary account suspension pending review. Patterns consistent with systematic fraud will result in permanent termination without refund.

6.1 Reward Conditions

Referral rewards are contingent on the referred user: (a) registering via your link or code, (b) activating a paid subscription plan, and (c) completing at least one verified task. Rewards are credited only after successful task verification — sign-up alone does not trigger a referral reward.

6.2 Prohibited Referral Conduct

Self-referral (creating secondary accounts to refer yourself), coordinated fake referral chains, and any scheme designed to artificially inflate referral rewards are strictly prohibited. Detection of such conduct will result in forfeiture of all accumulated referral rewards and permanent account termination.

7.1 Account & System Abuse

• — Registering or operating more than one user account
• — Using scripts, bots, macros, or any automated system to complete tasks or navigate the Platform
• — Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions or obscure identity
• — Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform

7.2 Submission Fraud

• — Fabricating, editing, or staging task proof not representing genuine completion
• — Submitting plagiarised, copy-pasted, or reused proof from a prior submission
• — Coordinating with other users to exchange or cross-submit proof

8.1 Data Collected

We collect: account registration information (email, username), task submission history, Bitcoin wallet address, referral tree data, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and fraud prevention purposes.

For complete details on data retention, your rights under applicable law, and how to request deletion of your data, please review our Privacy Policy. Use of the Platform constitutes consent to the data practices described therein.

9.1 Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ProdUp makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any feature, reward structure, or payout mechanism. ProdUp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Account Termination & Subscription Revocation

ProdUp may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate any user account, or revoke any active subscription, with or without cause and with or without notice. Grounds for such action include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform's operation or integrity. Upon termination, you forfeit access to all Platform features, and any pending or accumulated balances may be withheld at ProdUp's discretion.

9.3 Reward & Payout Conditions

Participation in the Platform, including the completion of tasks and maintenance of an active subscription, does not constitute a guarantee of any specific financial return. Reward availability, payout processing, and withdrawal fulfillment are subject to Platform operational capacity, compliance review, and verification requirements. ProdUp reserves the right to adjust, delay, or withhold rewards or withdrawals where it determines, in its sole judgment, that conditions for disbursement have not been fully satisfied.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProdUp, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of expected rewards, withdrawal delays, account suspension, or service interruptions. In no event shall ProdUp's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
