To create an account, click the 'Register' button on the homepage. Fill in your username, email, and password. If you have a referral code from a friend, enter it in the referral field — this links you to their network. Once registered, verify your email to unlock full access.

A subscription is required to access tasks and earn rewards. We offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans — each unlocking a higher number of daily tasks and a higher reward per task. You can browse the Plans page before subscribing to compare tiers.

Your referral code is a unique 12-character alphanumeric code automatically generated when you register. You can find it in the header dropdown (desktop) or the user menu (mobile). Share it with friends — when they register using your code, they appear in your Network and you earn commissions on their task rewards.

The number of daily tasks depends on your subscription plan. Bronze grants a smaller daily quota, while Diamond unlocks the highest. Your daily quota resets at midnight UTC. Unused tasks do not carry over to the next day.

Tasks that are not completed within the same calendar day (UTC) are automatically marked EXPIRED at midnight. Expired tasks cannot be completed and do not count towards your daily quota for that day. Make sure to complete your assigned tasks before the day ends.

Each subscription plan has a fixed task reward amount. For example, if your plan pays $0.50 per task and you complete 10 tasks, you earn $5.00 for the day. Rewards are credited to your Pending Balance immediately after a task is marked COMPLETED and move to your Withdrawal Balance after the hold period.

Pending Balance is earnings that are being held for review — typically for a short period after task completion. Once cleared, the amount moves to your Withdrawal Balance, which is the funds you can request a withdrawal from. This two-step system helps prevent fraud.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. You can check your available Withdrawal Balance on the Wallet page at any time.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Once approved, the funds are sent via your chosen payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. You will receive a notification when your withdrawal is approved or if additional information is required.

When someone registers using your referral link or code and completes tasks under an active subscription, you earn a commission on their task rewards. Level 1 (direct referrals) pays 10%. Level 2 commissions (your referrals' referrals) are coming soon at 5%. Commissions are credited to your Pending Balance automatically.

Yes. Visit the Network page to see your full Referral Ledger. You can filter by Active or Inactive members and search by username. Each entry shows the referral's subscription plan, join date, and status. Earnings from commissions are shown in aggregate on the same page.

Go to Settings (the gear icon in the sidebar) and upload a new profile picture. Images are automatically resized and converted to WEBP format at 200×200 pixels for optimal performance. Supported input formats include JPEG, PNG, and WebP.

Immediately change your password from the Settings page. Then open a support ticket from the Support Center describing the issue — include as much detail as possible (unusual login times, unfamiliar activity, etc.). Our team will review your account and take appropriate action, including temporary account freezing if necessary.
